The methodology consists of Material, Man, Machine and Method, which these four sectors are essential elements of the manufacturing process, which need to manage for the best productivity and reduce to the lowest cost. To apply the method, proper knowledge and manufacturing process' understanding is needed. At last, productivity improvement unsur manajemen yaitu man, money, method, machines, material, dan market apabila dikelola dengan baik akan meningkatkan efesiensi dan efektivitas dalam mencapai tujuan.
